    Ahoy 8:30 class – bring your swim suit and a snack and we can grab a swim at Inman Park Pool after Wed’s WOD. I am off to Lake Mich for the summer so won’t see you until August! Missing you already, CFRX!

  2. Good news: 1RM PR of 175# push press!
    Bad news: couldn’t get the second one up so I took 155# on the workout.

    21:something on Spice Night. Frankly I couldn’t see or breathe afterwards but that’s a good guess.
