    Thanks, Melissa for being a kick-butt (and very patient) partner.

    Used green band for pull-ups, 10 # wall balls, sub step-ups for burpees. And my double unders were slow…I’ve progressively gotten worse over the last few months.

    50 20# slam balls

    YAY! It’s my back yard. I miss the gym and all it’s wonderful peeps ! Hope to be back soon, but my knee is a mess. I will keep swimming and doing pullups and I hope to see you soon! Keep rocking and getting stronger!
