Partner Abs
Complete 300 Weighted Situps.

NOTE: Partner must hold plank position while situps are performed; switch as needed.

  2. 5+12 RX, ran too slowly to make it a full six! No abmat so full on bang my head into the ground HSPU and all unbroken. Running is good, lifting is good, the combination of the two seems to still cause me trouble. So many situps. Hoping for Annie tomorrow after that mess…

  3. First time up into handstands on the wall and did several.

    5 rounds even at 135# with the box for push-ups.

    Knocked out the ab work with Clint.
