  1. I showed up late to the 8:30:( jumped right into the workout-thank you sue, Jess and honey for keeping an eye on ruby.

    I tore on the chest to bars and my squats got pretty slow the last 3 or 4 rounds, this one was hard.

  2. C&J: sets 1,2 @ 95# sets 3, 4, 5 @ 100#

    metcon: 75#

    mostly only did 3 or 4 squat cleans after round 3 that one hurt.

    pretty much did all the c2bs

    tabata: 105

  3. I am so so so so tired after doing this WOD.

    Did 120# for C&J. Probably should have gone a little higher, since those felt pretty good. Did 133 reps of the metcon at 115#.

  4. C&J 185,185,205,205,215
    WOD: 135/C2B got through 11 rounds and stopped. Lower back was starting to cook too much.
