200 Ab Mat Sit Ups

    In other news, my tendonitis is back. Left arm this time. Don’t you love how pain just moves around the body? Wonder where it will go next?

  2. This morning was tough! I was definitely exhausted after all three things but it was a great way to start the week! Especially with an RX!

    Front Squat: 120#
    1000m rows: 4:03 & 4:10
    Sit-ups: 10:18
    Farmers Carry @ 55#: 3:49 & 3:42

  3. Agree with Cassi- tougher than I expected but great morning

    FS:85#
    1000 M row: 4:08 and 4:19
    sit-ups: 10:45
    Farmers Carry 55#: 2:08 and 2:19

  4. FS 10 rep max: 125. Got 130 for 8.
    Row: 4:39/5:41. Second row was after 200 Situps, and I could no longer row.
    Situps: 9:58
    Farmer Carry RX: 3:19/4:11

  5. FS 10-rep max @ 55# (managed to keep my chest and elbows up and knees out. HA!)

    FC @ 35#: 2:25
    Situps: 9:09
    Row: 5:10
    FC @ 35#: 3:00
    Row: 5:20

    Doing sit ups after yesterday’s work … OW OW OW OW!

    FS @ 95#. Will have to add more next time.

    FC RX: 2:52 and approx 4:15
    Row: 4:02 and 3:58
    Situps: Approx. 10:20

  7. my alternator died today, so “forced” to work at home and read out on the porch…could be worse 🙂
    alt wod as prep for reindeer games: 30 deadlifts (280#) + 30 hspu. was for time but stopwatch malfunction made it for fun instead.

    Sit-ups – 10:45
    Row – 5:00/4:45

    This is my 2nd RX and the first one was yesterday – this is getting kind of exciting

  9. 10 RM FS @ 135#

    Rows @ 3:4x / 3:47

    Situps @ ~10:xx

    Carries (rx) @ 3:xx / 2:47 (turns out you really should just speed walk if you can. didn’t get that the 1st time)
