Wasn’t feeling CF total today so came in to do a lame crossfit mom wod, which Kelly saved me from by suggesting the following cool metcon. 8 min amrap of: Box jumps Wall balls @14 # Power cleans @ 95# Rep scheme was 1 each for round 1, 2 reps each for round 2, and so on.
