    Crossfit total – 677 PR. BS 255# (pr) / SP 107# (pr) / DL 305# (pr tie but poor form)

    50 Weighted sit ups – 35# 1:56.

    I’m still modifying so no total for me but got 2 PR’s instead!!
    Front Squat: 170#
    Dead Lift: 255#

    Sit-ups: 2:23 with 25# plate

    Wasn’t feeling CF total today so came in to do a lame crossfit mom wod, which Kelly saved me from by suggesting the following cool metcon.

    8 min amrap of:
    Box jumps
    Wall balls @14 #
    Power cleans @ 95#

    Rep scheme was 1 each for round 1, 2 reps each for round 2, and so on. I got 7 rounds + 21 reps…3 reps shy of 8 rounds.
