Complete the following in any order:

Snatch: 6 x 2 Reps on the Minute at 70%

-and-

Clean and Jerk: 6 x 2 Reps on the Minute at 70%

-and-

Sled Pull: 2 x 200 Meters (90#/45#) for total work time.

NOTE: Rest as needed between pulls.

-and-

Learn to do GHD situps + 30 GHDs for time.
