Complete the following in ANY order:
1. Snatch: 8 x 1 rep on the minute at 80%
2. Clean and Jerk: 8 x 1 rep on the minute at 80%
3. For Time: 200m Sled Pull (45#/35#)
NOTE: If you are not working off of a 1 RM for your snatch/c&j, then use the same “medium heavy” weight for each of the 8 reps per lift.
By the way…here’s a video of the “Shankle Complex” that our Thursday Skillz class had as their WOD. We only scaled the weight a little bit here-n-there, but still, awesome lifts were had! Come join the fun someday
