On the Minute for 16 Minutes:
Odd: 3-6 reps Handstand Push Ups
Even: 3-8 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

    Both could have gone a little heavier on, but this was a great to know for future.

    (went in with intention of doing no more than 3 reps per round since I’ve been inconsistent in the gym)

    We were told no limit to the number we could do each minute, so:
