    During the WOD I was alittle mixed up. I thought we were only running 2×400′s so if that we’re the case my time was 6:22

    But I ran the last 400 and my time was 8:18

    Not sure if we were supposed to do that last 400 or not.

      I did 3 rounds of deadlifts and 400M run. That’s the way we did it in June, but you are correct…the wording says “between” rounds. I think it should be 3 400′s because that last run was my favorite. ;-)

    I like this one! 8:24 at 185#. A about a minute faster and 20lbs more than in June, so I’ll take it for sure!

    last time I just this in June and couldn’t stick with 155# I remember how heavy it was and I dropped to 135# half way through the first round. My time then was 13:14…..so big improvement :)

    Not to mention this weather is awesome!
