    1. Terri you make me fall out of my chair laughing sometimes! On another note, I actually lifted some weight on overhead squats tonight and didn’t fall over. I know you can appreciate that!

  3. GOODNESS!! Terri, you are hysterical! I have been missing from the gym for a week AND THIS IS WHAT I HAVE TO COME BACK TOO?!? I’m about to cry. 100 Burpees is a good enough workout for me. =)

  5. I sure wish my shoulders were 100% – then I would have done this RX. Instead – I did the following mods:
    100 reverse burpees
    60 ring rows
    20 GHD
    40:50

    I love these kinds of workouts – it was fun to chase Ellie all morning!

  6. I have not been blogging much lately, but I have to post re this WOD because I DID IT. That is all. HSPUs were pike on a box, the rest RX. Time was just under 47 minutes I think. But WTF, I DID IT.

  7. WOW!! LOVE ALL THIS BLOGGING!!

    So I forgot about the last run and fell on my face after the HSPU and then realized i had to run…HOWEVER…very happy with my time 40:something and had fun doing it!!
    Knocked out 10 unbroken pull ups twice…PR….did my 100 Burpees in 6:42….last time I did this it took me 7:00 min to do 100.
    GREAT 4:00PM CREW AND GREAT WORKOUT TO COME BACK TOO! HAPPY FRIDAY!
