    115 Thrusters, and actually got all 45 BMU’s???? Who knew. I didn’t. Great way to start the morning!

  2. 225 front squat, RX thrusters and subbed jumping muscle ups. I now have hamburger hands. Note to self do not use taped bar for muscle ups.

    palm still raw, so did this as triplet of thrusters/c2b pullups/ring dips in 12:15 @135#
