5 Minutes or 100 reps of Bar Oblique Side-to-sides

  1. Sled pulls, kicked. my. ass. My legs were shaking violently from all the awesomeness.

    MOD WOD was interesting

    Ladder:
    Box jump
    Burpee
    Deadlift

    Felt great afterwords.

  2. Enjoyed the sled pulls. Front squats of any sort are still hampered by poor flexibility and quad dominance. Almost one month in. Really enjoying this. Have decided to start contributing to blog. Thanks everyone for being so nice.

  3. My WOD was slightly different – hit the dance floor in sequins with a bunch of old ladies in Tampa, head lock from Hulk Hogan. I’m sure it was just as enjoyable as sled pulls…
