I’ll be checking it out soon myself and can report back! I’m going to train for the Callaway Sprint Triathlon June 16th. It’s awesomely short and sweet! Join me!

Not a longterm option, but the YMCA on Clairemont Road is nice, and you can get a 7 day free pass.

      Dear Coach Burke,

I am so sorry no one will respond to your post. If only you could get some information.

      Sincerely,
      Terri

  5. Clint says:

Partnered with Lindel (sorry for spelling).
20 rounds + some more rowing.
25/45 PP – Lindel so could have rocked the 30′s!!
    152 situps with 30# ball.
    Power Clean 175x3x5
    Chin Ups 3×5

@Burke. Doesn’t a certain globo-that-shant-be-named have a pool? Maybe you can do some bicep curls in the squat rack while you’re there too :)

  6. Stephanie says:

Slam balls always come at the perfect time – today I slammed someone’s 20 pound head repeatedly and it felt oh so good :)

15.5 with Ashley M. Not bad for two “poor girls” that got kicked off doing the bike for an easier WOD
