      p.s. OK, I understand now. Thanks to Google: Victoria Soto was one of the teachers killed while attempting to shield her students during the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting.

      From the CrossFit New England site:

      Victoria was a teacher for 5 years.
      The tragedy happened in room 10.
      She was killed on 12-14-12.
      She was 27 years old.
      She was a CrossFitter and a true Hero.

    This workout is no joke! 35:11 with 55# and 25# KB. Glad I finished… Wasn’t sure if that was going to happen. Drink lots of water with this one, headaches from dehydration are no fun.

    30:41 and right about now I’m wishing I had not done this one because my upper arms are all knotted up. But I’m sure I’ll feel differently tomorrow. Amy L you are amazing!!

    20:50 rx weight but did power cleans instead of the SDHP since those make my shoulder angry
