NOTE: Rings should be set at 1″ off the floor. Be sure your hips travel the same distance as your shoulders and at the same time.

    Ring push-ups: 19/10
    Honey Highball: 8:38
    (1 abmat for first 5 HSPUs, 2 abmats for last 13)

  2. I thought I finished in 5:40 but the board says 5:47…..let’s say 5:43.5

    Ring push ups 9 and 12
    Push press 95 almost 100
