Did 5 rounds of 10 hang cleans (no squat) with junior bar to work on form &#124; 10 air squats &#124; 10 box steps each foot

Didn&#039;t have any problems with my shoulders today and don&#039;t know what to attribute that to. Actually felt like I could have kept going.</description>
