What is CrossFit Foundations and why do I need it?
Our CrossFit Foundations series is required for all new members. During the 4 classes, you will be instructed in the basics of CrossFit – why we do what we do and how we go about doing it. It is of paramount importance to understand and practice good technique and form mechanics before ramping up the intensity.
Each Foundation session will be approximately 30 minutes, and will be followed by a short workout incorporating the skills you have learned.
