38:37 RX. Might have knocked off a few seconds if I hadn’t done Angie yesterday but I didn’t notice any particular weakness. I’d like to do this one again in a few weeks.
Swim workout with Hilary. 1-hour session. Timed sprints, flip turn practice, under water swim. Hard work.

Made this up on Saturday at the Emory gym in an alternative way and off the clock.
5 x the following: 200 m 20 push ups | 200 m 20 sit ups | 200 m 20 squats
then a 1,000-meter run
then upstairs to the weights area for 100 pull ups of various kinds: 30 jumping, 40 on the assisted pull up thingy, and 30 on the cable pull thingy.
That assisted pull up contraption is AWESOME. A lot of work without all the hand-ripping unpleasantness.
