Got to watch the Growlers growling while Buddy rocked out the 5 rounds of HQ and even found his 5 RM front squat weight! Nice work Buddy!

Glad to hear of people doing the work & havin’ fun. Dr. Sadri put the jack hammer to my arm late this afternoon and said no upper body work for 48 hrs.
So I’m skipping this evening and will make up on Thurs. Maybe I’ll take a long run.. .
Oh, and I’m really inspired by all the Nutrition Challenge folks. Hoping I can ramp up the real food and cut out some poor choices going forward.
