    Subbed the stepups because of the high rep count so that I could keep moving. My time was spent on the box. Cleans were unbroken on first round and 4/3 on subsequent rounds.

  7. Ditto Aaron’s numbers… I can’t find a record of having done OHS triples before, but I know 110 is a big PR for me. Didn’t have any problems with my shoulders today and don’t know what to attribute that to. Actually felt like I could have kept going.

  8. Struggling with a back that’s sore for no good reason.

    Did 5 rounds of 10 hang cleans (no squat) with junior bar to work on form | 10 air squats | 10 box steps each foot

    Made my back feel better and improved my pitiful mood by 105%.
