Congrats again LaMar! I don’t know if you realize what an amazing group of athletes you faced this weekend. Brandon Phillips, Kevin Lowe, and Sean Provost are some of the best in the world and you held your own. That was a very, very impressive coming out party!!

Thanks everyone. It was a very memorable weekend. The support was great and I truly appreciate it. I couldn’t do it without a solid foundation from our coaches. CrossFit has made a BIG impact on my life…and it wasn’t too bad prior;) Just stay open to the journey and enjoy the ride!
