Third Battalion, Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry member Corporal Stephen Bouzane, 26, was killed by an IED strike June 20th, 2007 in the Panjwaii district in Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents Fred and Moureen Bouzane and his sister Kelly.

KTE – some on the bar and some on the bench. These really hurt my back so I just got them done the best I could.

Spent the day watching La Mar compete. These were grueling workouts and La Mar did great. I was so proud of him.

The squat cleans were heavy, but thank god there were only 5! Push ups were good on form, but not very fast….about 2 to 3 at a time after awhile.

Need to work on knees 2 elbows. They are getting better but I still took far too many breaks.
Didn’t push myself as much as I could have, so I’m a little disappointed about that. But my knees to elbows were much better than usual. I took my time to make sure I got full range of motion.
