HQ Rest Day

    Here is the skinny on my opening tomorrow if anyone is interested in attending. The work I am presenting is nutrition-themed.

    Please note the part about FREE PARKING at the United Way building on Edgewood, across the street from the event (you will take a ticket on entering, but you don’t have to pay when you leave).

  4. Power hour today… made up the 10 Min HSPU; 5 Min Squat; 2 Min Pullup; 1 min Pushup WOD

    Total – 279

    I goofed and did 2 minutes of pushups and 1 of pullups though

    50 HSPU – pleasantly surprised I did this many, surely I won’t be tomorrow
    160 Squats – holy cow. I thought I’d far more of these
    50 Pushups
    19 Pullups

  5. Did Kelly with rows instead of runs. Michael wouldn’t let me get away with the double under sub.
    14# ball; 24″ box.

  6. Alright, just got in my first MetCon since last Friday when I got ill…So I took a bit of my own medicine and did the Alt WOD that I came up with for you all earlier this week.

    20 Min AMRAP

    400M Sprint
    50 Box Hops (15″)
    500M Row
    50 Double Unders

    I Chose:
    500M Row
    50 Double Unders

    4 Rounds + 500M Row + 26 Double Unders
