		<description>Tweaked my right knee during the backwards run yesterday and so did a less heinous alternative today.

20 minute AMRAP of 10 wall balls, 10 GHD sit ups and 10 hip extensions. Used 14# ball for first 4 rounds and 12# for the rest. Did 8 rounds plus 7 wall balls.

When I did this back in July, I used a 10# ball and did 9 rounds even.</description>
