    • not sure yet… Greco just said I couldn’t do Rx box jumps and I may create an alternate for myself here when I have time today. Thursday at noon for sure though

    One of my favorites. Felt pretty good but 35 seconds slower than last May. I think my runs were a bit slower than normal. Also need to remember to take fewer breaks on wall-balls. Most sets were 10-5-5-5-5 should aim for 10-8-7-5 or 15-10-5 next time.

  7. Coming in this morning early after being here yesterday afternoon made me feel not so strong. I attempted a few 12lb wall balls but then ditched it for the 10lb. Box hops were on smallest (15″) box. This is my first “Kelly.”

  8. This cycle has been very hard on the legs. After Monday’s 110# thrusters, yesterday’s backwards running, and all the running in general, my jumpers didn’t want to jump this morning. I did 3 rounds and decided that was enough. Called, “time,” and immediately regretted it. After a short break, I had Mac start the clock again for me to finish the last two rounds.

    3 rounds: 22:30
    2 rounds: 15:14
    Total time: 37:44

    14# wall ball
    15″ box with some step-ups on the last 2 rounds. Legs were too tired to manage the 20″ box today.

    • Way to stick with it Pat! Plenty of rest tomorrow :-)

  9. This was my first time doing Kelly and I didn’t like it one bit. Doing Griff last night didn’t help the box hops at all. But I got through it and am happy with my time.

  10. Wall balls are not my strength, box jumps are not my strength, put them together -uggg! I was determined to do rx though and slog through it.

  12. I knew this one would suck and it did. Time was 38 and something, I’m happy to call it 39 mins. Red box, 12 lb ball. Thanks Mac and everyone–amazing work!

  13. Did Griff + …10:34, kneecap feels a little funny from the backward run. Felt okay but couldve definately moved a bit faster if it weren’t for Monday nights WOD!

  14. 1st time I did this workout I could only do three rounds. Finished on the 20″ box in 46:06. Round three I lost some breakfast outside but didn’t really want to stop so I feel good about finishing.

  15. Tweaked my right knee during the backwards run yesterday and so did a less heinous alternative today.

    20 minute AMRAP of 10 wall balls, 10 GHD sit ups and 10 hip extensions. Used 14# ball for first 4 rounds and 12# for the rest. Did 8 rounds plus 7 wall balls.

    When I did this back in July, I used a 10# ball and did 9 rounds even.

  16. 35:34 felt worse, 6:00 min faster than last time. Really need to string more together. Thx to other guys pushing me.

  17. Decided to do a combo workout. Felt like I already did a lengthy 30 min wod on Monday, so instead I did 5×5 back squats and 2 rounds of Kelly.

    Back Squat: 77-99-107-107-107

    2 rds of Kelly: 13:46
    1st round of wall balls, I got 20 in a row! whohoo.
