Decided to do Christine rather than make-up back squat singles.

First time doing Christine RX.
Couldn’t get into the gym so I tried the snatch wod at home. I used 25 lbs. and it took me 16:13 but I sure that some of the balance moves were not long enough (I really tried though
If you’d like Poole, we can take a look at a few of them the next time you’re in!
I turned into a slug this weekend. Slug slug slug. Slug.
LOL! …that almost made me snort whine out my nose (i’m with you on the slugginess)
…I meant “wine” not “whine” but hey, it’s crossfit, so it was probably a freudian slip
