		<description><![CDATA[I did Sunday&#039;s wod this morning.  25 burpess/ bodyweight back squats (155lbs)

Did 5 rounds and 10 burpees.  Next time I&#039;ll break the burpees 9/6/6/4 and get on the back squats a little faster.  Did five of each set, but I waited too long in between sets.]]></description>
