HQ Rest Day

  2. I accidentally lied to Damon when I said I’d be in on Tuesday. I forgot I have a dr appt that morning. So see you on Wednesday (…maybe).

  3. worked on muscle ups, rope climps, pistols and HSPUs this morning. Then did an unweighted version of yesterday’s wod tonight at home.

    20 minute amrap
    25 burpees
    50 air squats

    5 rds. that really burned my quads!

  4. I did Sunday’s wod this morning. 25 burpess/ bodyweight back squats (155lbs)

    Did 5 rounds and 10 burpees. Next time I’ll break the burpees 9/6/6/4 and get on the back squats a little faster. Did five of each set, but I waited too long in between sets.

    • yeah, funny how many times i found myself sitting on that darn med ball during those last couple rounds of squats too…& glad there weren’t too many folks around to witness my “horizontal” rest position during those burpees :-) …but muchas gracias to L & D for hanging around late so I could finish ;-)
