I did Sunday’s wod this morning. 25 burpess/ bodyweight back squats (155lbs)
Did 5 rounds and 10 burpees. Next time I’ll break the burpees 9/6/6/4 and get on the back squats a little faster. Did five of each set, but I waited too long in between sets.

worked on muscle ups, rope climps, pistols and HSPUs this morning. Then did an unweighted version of yesterday’s wod tonight at home.
