		<description><![CDATA[Didn&#039;t have much time to spend and have a splitting headache from having the rings slam into the side of my head during JOSHUA wod yesterday.  IN any case, I feel like a workout is a workout, so here are my numbers:

My PR is 205, but I just didn&#039;t have it in me.  This is one of my favorite lifts, so I&#039;m bummed I didn&#039;t have it all there today, but maybe next time.  Plus the guilt of not hanging out with the kids had me rushing home. Thanks, Susan, for letting me know that the guilt just lingers...It makes me feel normal.]]></description>
