		<description><![CDATA[Feel like I should have done better on this, but happy that I did it Rx. Big moves like this are truly exhausting for me -- still need to work on accessing more power from the hips. Always room for improvement and next time I&#039;ll get more.

10 + 9 Rx

Boy, the snatches early were OK but got a lot harder later.
Same with pushups...I have been working on them but boy, when you have to do them after snatches, it is tough!
Still, its fun to get to work on snatches for a few wods, they don&#039;t come up that often.]]></description>
