    • Gotta break out your bionic woman track suit! ; )

    • Looking good, Terri.

    • I like it!

    • Go Terri go!

      • Terri – Great photo! Sadri said to tell you hello… Hope to see you in the gym tonight. JR

        • Speaking of Dr. Sadri, I have to go to his office to use the cold laser after work today (I couldn’t get away at lunch), so I won’t be able to make it to the gym. Tomorrow, though!!

    • Terri, you rock!

  3. Pull up ladder: 14 rounds + 13 PR

  4. 10 rounds + 10 pullups
    blue+tiny

    That’s a PR. On 8/13 I got 9+5 using the green band.

    • Yay!

    • Nice PR!

  5. 12 rounds even. Didn’t do so great but I had a good time chatting it up with Zeke, Nanci, and Damon this a.m. By the way, Zeke is a real monkey on the pull up bar!

  6. 17 rounds + 9 reps = 162 (+45PR)

There was a time when I dreaded this wod but now it’s one of my favorites. A blister from several days ago ripped around 16th round so it became a nuisance…it feels like I could have squeezed out a few more during the last round. Fatigue set in right between 15th and 16th round.

    • Nice, La Mar!

  7. aww man…I really like this wod but will have to miss it today. Just got a free ticket to go see a lecture with Beverly Guy Sheftall and Gloria Steinam!! And tomorrow it’s Alice Walker and Pearl Cleage!!! Whoohoo! All to celebrate Charis…the South’s oldest and largest feminist bookstore!

    • Amarinthia, how was it?? I saw Gloria and Alice Wednesday….really inspiring. Will try to get to some Charis events this weekend.

  8. Great energy this morning!!

    As RX-18 rounds plus 14.

I am going to stop at 9 pullups next time, drop, and continue from there. Sets of 9 may be more realistic for me, rather than trying to bust out so many at a time. We’ll see how it works. I figure, you have to have a strategy.

    • I’m with you Zeke…9′s a good number. started to struggle around 15 or 16.

      19+19+209

missed PR by 42 :( muscle ups yesterday must have done me in

      • =

      • Almost 20 — that’s amazing, Kelly!

  9. 16 rounds plus 15. Very frustrating that I was two off from round 17. My arms just would not work at that point. NOT A PR (that is 17+5)… kind of surprised I didn’t do as well as last time.

I think strategy is key. I will try that next time:)

    • I don’t know why I didn’t think about it earlier. Oh well. Not bad everyone, very impressive. Kelly, as always, I’m in awe!

  10. 12 plus 7 rx

  11. 15 rounds + 14 = 134

last time this came up for me i was using one of the colored bands, so guess this is now a PR.

  12. 10rds+8=63PR

  13. Not feeling it; crappy week.

    15 rounds even

Ripped on that last round so I decided to just stop there. Wasn’t feeling good enough to PR anyway.

  14. Pull up ladder on 11/9/09:
    10 rds + 6 (black band)
