		<description><![CDATA[for sure.  and i got 4 handstand pushups w/o bands.  thx for the the inspiration jack.  and thx to sting for the tip.  it really made the transition easy once i made sure to focus on pushing my head through.  awesome day.]]></description>

Finished the workout

made up yesterday&#039;s wod

totally sucked...didn&#039;t get to parallel on all of the OHS...worst workout in a long time...BUT I finished and will add OHS to my practice list.

I did get to see Matt do his 2 muscle-ups...and Scott totally kill the same wod...YAY guys!!!]]></description>
