  1. This one is tough-32:25. Pull-Ups were a huge struggle. I used tiny+tiny for 25+50, then red for 75 –Laura was not happy with that change:( Did the first half the the push ups regular, then did mod push ups.

  2. Harder than it looks. First set is quick but muscle fatigue sets in around the second set and the high reps are still to come.

    • Good job, Mike! And you’re lookin’ strong in that picture.

      • Yeah, you are really getting up there!

        • Thanks, guys!

    • Good job and nice photo! Looking forward to being back with the 7am crew next week.

      • Looking forward to having you back!

  3. Would love to try this one, but already ran a 5K with my little boy in a stroller in the rain this morning. 24 minutes or so. JT

    • Jack, congratulations on your muscle-up! I’m jealous (and newly motivated to catch up to you!)

  4. I agree – harder than it would appear. 29:40something, I think. All I know is that I was chasing both Mike and Zeke.

The squats were harder than usual for me (probably b/c I did Back Squats 5×5 the evening before).

Having pullups after all the pushups definitely slowed me down there.

  5. I volunteered in the rain at that 5k all morning, so it was nice to come indoors for a good workout.
    Push ups were modified
Pull ups with blue + tiny

  6. Yeah, that was a killer…doing 75 straight pushups and pullups after already doing 75 was NOT fun.
Surprisingly, it was not cardio intensive but it was muscle fatigue that was the rate limiting factor.

  7. Looking forward to being back in the gym starting tomorrow. I made up Annie today on my own. Had intended to do it on Thursday, but didn’t.

That’s a PR by 3:37 over 9/14. I’m very pleased and a little surprised. My DU’s still need a lot of improvement, but I was able to string more together today than previously.

    • Fantastic, Pat!

  8. I agree. Very difficult. I think the pullups suck the most. I am content all together. rx = 24:11

  9. Prediction for tomorrow: burpees.

    • Oh no you di ent!

      • I’m testing my psychic ability.

  10. Rx – 31:35

First round unbroken. First two rounds of squats and sit-ups were unbroken. Increments of no less than 5 throughout wod. The push-ups were toughest (no surprise).

  11. As rx, 42:22

Push ups suck. Was trying to do sets of 5, but it was still difficult.

  12. 39:09 finished last 90 pull ups doing ring rows… Tweaked my bicep during pull ups.

  13. Completed on November 1

Scaled to 12-25-40 (coming back from vacation)

  14. Done the following day. Lack of sleep and adequate eating has definitely had an affect on performance. Another solo workout; just tried to get through it.

done a day late…53 and change. body weight workouts are a real struggle for me. ofcourse i was just happy to finish this one. thanks to pat for convincing me to do this. yeah, thanks ALOT pat ;) .

big congrats to jack on his muscle up. that’s great!

  16. 38:36

That’s the last wod I’ll be doing in a wail, I broke my ankle. See you guys in a few months.

    • How did you do this? Hope you are ok!

  17. 40:01 used gymnastic grips for pull-ups

  18. did this 3 days later. 35:15 rx
