  2. I’m excited because this is a cabin-friendly workout. I have a jumprope and abmat here. Now, if I just had solid double-unders I’d be in good shape. ;-)

    • yeah, this will be my first home cf workout!

      • aw crud, I didn’t realize box jumps were the sub, I was just gonna double the JR #’s since I can only do singles. I wonder if i have something to jump on here….

      That’s a PR by 3:37 over 9/14. I’m very pleased and a little surprised. My DU’s still need a lot of improvement, but I was able to string more together today than previously.

      (on my own. 10/31).

  3. subbed box jumps for double unders. 12:42 need to practice double unders.

  4. I can’t quite get double unders, so did box jumps again. Time was 12:24, a PR after 16:44 last time. Maybe I’ll have double unders next time…

  6. I didn’t want to do Annie so Damon suggested Chelsea. BTW – I’m frequently reminded that we have great coaches.

    5 pull-ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats – start at the top of every minute and complete as many rounds as possible.

  7. Damon made me do the damn double-unders that I’ve never been able to get down. Thought I’d be there all day but they came — one, two, and eventually three at a time. Thanks for pushing me into it, Damon.

  8. Did this on my back step – 9″ jump.

    My last Annie was 17:53. Given a one inch taller jump than last time and the travel between the back step and the living room rug (about 15 feet) I will take that as a slight improvement, but not an official PR.

    Crossfit workout at home. It works, but I prefer the gym.

  9. Not going to be able to come in today…early dinner with a friend who is visiting from out of town! Need practice on double unders, so will have to make it up.

    I can do double unders, but I can’t seem to do them in a workout. As soon as I’m doing them for time, I suck at them utterly and completely. I do this WOD for the sole reason TO WORK ON MY WEAKNESSES.

  15. 17:52ish. slow but i started to get a rhythm with my double unders so next time i hope i can skip the 200 extra singles. happy :)

    • oh yea, side note. would have skipped this if Damon didnt tell me i could do double unders. thx for the pep talk. oh and thx to terri for that extra push mid way thru sit ups. really made me hit the gas. :)

  16. 12:49 or so… shaved about 3 minutes off of last month, so not bad for that. However, a far cry from where I think I should be. I hate double unders
