As for Elizabeth...

This was a bad day for me. I did it alone, and by the middle of the second round I was toast -- just completely exhausted and unable to continue. This is the first WOD I&#039;ve ever quit, and what&#039;s weird is that I did it last month at the same weight (88 lbs) in 13:26. I think I need more sleep, and probably need to scrutinize my diet (I&#039;ve started getting a little lax on the paleo).</description>
