		<description><![CDATA[It was Saturday morning, I didn&#039;t feel very good, but I felt great once I got &quot;Elizabeth&quot; done. I am challenged with correct form and doing the squat clean all in one motion, so I had to break each rep into a power clean followed by a squat. I used a jr. bar with training wheels, but am sure I can do more next time.

		<description><![CDATA[I haven&#039;t had much motivation lately and it is difficult coming to the gym for some reason.  I was dreading today and Laura encouraged me to do RX. It was true that 87# and 95# both suck so I did 95#.  Did a much better job on ring dips this time.  Thanks Laura!!!!
