11 minutes slower than in April, when I used the 35# kb. CrossFit has been more of a struggle since I spent the whole month of June being sick. Not back in the groove yet. Not groovy.

Too bad I am not able to do double unders yet…could have done this wod as RX. The push press felt better and faster than last time though.
