Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Post time and number of sets to completion.

  4. ok…just got back home, And I gotta say, I feel a little guilty not doing the wod. So kudos to all you super troopers for bustin through that hellish start to a Saturday.
    Alternate wod was 50 ring dips, 400m run, 50 ring push ups, 400 m run, 50 HSPU’s (12 reg. 38 assisted) 400 m run. 20.06

  5. Rx – 24:00 (32 sets)…1:20 faster than last time

    I tried to keep up with Ian but still need to work on maintaining momentum throughout kipping pull ups.

  8. Just got a 325 deadlift. Tied for first currently.

    • 10 lb PR is awesome!!! especially after that run! go laura go!

  22. Tried the vest for weighted pullups but had to drop it after the second set. Finished with rounds of 15 kipping pullups.

    Finished at 20:08 with 30 sets and shredded palms.

  28. Wanted to see if I could do this WOD as RX…struggled with the strict pull ups and ripped a little..but finished.
    as Rx 33:39 with at least 59 sets

    I am so excited to hear how Laura’s doin at the games. I am so proud of our coach! Can’t wait to see how she does tomorrow. :-) Thanks for all the updates.
