		<description><![CDATA[Doc said I can come in and try to put some weight on my back but to be careful of high impact work.  He also gave me a bunch of ball type exercises.  I wonder if the 65cm inflatable ball is acceptable in a crossfit gym?

It will be perfect day to come in since tomorrow is a rest day, come in and rest :}]]></description>
