Mac — I lied about coming in today. I forgot that I don’t workout out on Thursday. My quads reminded me when I shifted in my sleep and the pain woke me!
Did this workout on Saturday and was still sore from it, so Michael came up with an alternative: 3 rounds for time of 50 box jumps, 30 push ups, and 20 pull ups.
Got stage fright after the first 10 box jumps and switched to tuck jumps for a while, then jumped on some plates Mac set up for me. Knee push ups (except for about 3 planks) and blue band. 27:19
I think I left my notebook at the gym. It’s HARD coming back when you’ve been off for a while.

Doc said I can come in and try to put some weight on my back but to be careful of high impact work. He also gave me a bunch of ball type exercises. I wonder if the 65cm inflatable ball is acceptable in a crossfit gym?
It will be perfect day to come in since tomorrow is a rest day, come in and rest :}

15:44 took 2 1/2 min off from May – felt alot stronger on the runs
