Gym Schedule for the week of the Games

Wednesday, July 8th – Tuesday, July 14th

It’s almost time for the 2009 CrossFit Games! We (Damon and Laura) will be leaving for California on Wednesday, July 8th and will be coming back Tuesday, July 14th.

UPDATE: It looks like the gym will be able to have normal business hours while we are at the Games! Thank you so much to Mac, Scott and Michael for filling in for us! Now, everyone be nice to your guest coaches and make sure you get in your workouts

CNN will be carrying the CFRx team live and we’ll have an LCD projector set up in the gym. Also, we’ll have some paleo-friendly kegs, raw and slightly warmed animals of some type, as well as some high quality dark chocolate to top it all off.
I’m thinking we should start a pool too. The west coast does not know what they are in for…..

BEST Crossfit shirt I have seen as of late — maybe ever — “if Crossfit were easy it’d be your mom”. Hahahaha! So wrong.
