		<description><![CDATA[Wish I could do HSPU...next on the list for sure. Didn&#039;t get too many rounds which I blame on the sheer exhaustion of muscle ups. ;-) Did hand stand holds for 25 sec. to sub the HSPU. Used 44lb kettle bell.
