  2. Mine was not a great effort, but I can say I was there, which is enough for me today.

    SP: 49, 52, 54f, 54, 55f
    PP: 55, 56, 59, 62, 64
    PJ: 59, 60 x 4, then ran out of steam

  3. Working back from an injury, tried the following:
    50 situps (abmat, anchored)
    50 double-unders
    50 situps
    50 walking lunges
    50 situps
    50 box jumps (24″)
    50 situps
    ~16 min

    • FAST!!!

    First day back after 10-day vacation, but felt strong today. I think the time off was actually beneficial.
