HQ Rest Day

  1. Fierce!! I’m ready for my CrossFitter back now too, please. Speaking of which, I think I’m done with bronchitis and ready to get back to the gym! I plan to come in tomorrow and see how it goes.

    The Chief:
    3 Power Cleans 135 lbs.
    6 Push Ups
    9 Squats
    Max number of rounds for 3 minutes.
    Rest one minute between and repeat 5 times.

    1: 4 rounds
    2: 3 rounds, 3 Power Cleans, 6 Push Ups
    3: 3 rounds, 3 Power Cleans
    4: 3 rounds, 3 Power Cleans, 6 Push Ups
    5: 3 rounds, 3 Power Cleans

    Total: 16 rounds
