Damon was not in the mood for 6AM female drama! I was not in the mood to work out. I refuse to post.

used 132# 18:51
Cleans were definitely the slowdown; 132 is over 85% of my 1RM.

BS: 126 PR PP: 55 DL: 170 Total: 351 I have pressed and deadlifted more than this, but it just wasn’t happenin for me today. My form felt a little off…was fun sharing a bar with Ruth though!
Ditto Amarinthia – it helps to suffer alongside someone.
