30 Muscle-ups for time

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

Finally got word our pull-up brackets shipped today, so, with any luck, we should have them on Monday. For those of you who have muscle-ups, HQ has given you the opportunity to work on this skill! Everyone else, this is your chance to enjoy a respite from the 120 pull-ups and dips; our Alt WOD will be posted at the gym ;)

  5. BTW, the pull-up brackets FINALLY came in today! But…our installer, Rad, is out of town. We should have the bars up and running by early next week, so be prepared for pull-ups! :)

  6. Worked on muscle up progressions today. Didn’t really do a timed workout, but felt like I got some quality practice in. Laura had some awesome tips for me to work on. Probably did around 20 or so assisted/scaled muscle ups total.
