BTW, the pull-up brackets FINALLY came in today! But…our installer, Rad, is out of town. We should have the bars up and running by early next week, so be prepared for pull-ups!
Worked on muscle up progressions today. Didn’t really do a timed workout, but felt like I got some quality practice in. Laura had some awesome tips for me to work on. Probably did around 20 or so assisted/scaled muscle ups total.
