  1. On a cautionary note:

    I commented to Damon that I needed to come to terms with the air squat – I do not like the air squat. His solution was to put me in the 20lb vest for my air squats.

    You gotta be careful what you say to him!

  2. I also mentioned to Laura I couldn’t do weighted pull ups and the next thing I knew, I had the vest on doing pull ups! She didn’t have to force me either. What is going on? We are tougher than we think!

  5. I do not like box jumps – 5 inch -10 inch – 20 inch – 24 inch – I am not picky – they all scare me !

  7. Won’t make it in today. Have to travel to Dublin tonight to host a training for work tomorrow…I am glad this workout doesnt require any major equipment. Now I just have to try and figure out how to gauge 400m outside my hotel!

  8. I don’t feel so great this afternoon, so I am declaring today a rest day. Although if the weird head and stomach thing settles, I am determined to do at least the squats from today’s workout. Not good to coincidentally miss the things you don’t like…

    PR of 2:14 from May 8, when I did this workout instead of Grace to give my sore elbow a rest.

    I am quite certain that I rock. Oh yeah.

    If I didn’t run like a turtle, I might have actually gotten a better time :) . But this is a PR by about a minute or so…

    as always at crossfit, that workout is harder than it looks on paper. will look to break 15 the next one this comes up.

  14. the gym at the hotel was not very functional…big surprise! I couldnt figure out how to track distance on the treadmill so I ended up just running on it for like 3 min for each round. So it took me like 20 min to do the whole workout.

  15. 1st workout after almost 3 weeks of doing absolutely nothing. 16:06. I am pleased with that.
