HQ Rest Day

  1. Tried pain-jacket-plus today as a rest day workout.
    25 pull-ups
    100 push press, 500 m row
    75 push press, 500 m row
    50 push press, 500 m row
    25 push press, 500 m row
    25 pull-ups
    33:12
    Improvement of just over 5 minutes from January (when I used a green band for pull-ups)

  2. For time:
    Row 500 meters
    Body weight Bench press, 30 reps
    Row 1000 meters
    Body weight Bench press, 20 reps
    Row 2000 meters
    Body weight Bench press, 10 reps

    Bench Press with 115 lbs.

  3. Just finished 5 minutes in handstands. Not sure how long it took but it was a lot longer than five minutes. They are playing Neil Diamond in the gym and people are singing along! Can’t wait to get home and back in the gym!

  5. Improvised workout in hotel gym:

    Stationary bike – .6 miles
    50 lb dumbbell press on floor – 30 reps
    Stationary bike – 1.2 miles
    50 lb dumbbell press on floor – 20 reps
    Stationary bike – 2 miles
    50 lb dumbbell press on floor – 10 reps
    Time: 19:26 minutes

    100 sit-ups with feet anchored
    Time: 4:27

    One arm 15 lb dumbbell swings – 3 rounds, 30 reps
