Improvement of just over 5 minutes from January (when I used a green band for pull-ups)
Just finished 5 minutes in handstands. Not sure how long it took but it was a lot longer than five minutes. They are playing Neil Diamond in the gym and people are singing along! Can’t wait to get home and back in the gym!
