Let me get this right…
I can come in and DL 10,125 pounds and also do some scaled HSPU’s?
..and I don’t have to run?
HeHeHe!
I’m in.
225 Lb. Deadlifts.
Decline Push-ups with feet on Red box.
13:07
(Rx) 9:40
Fun workout! 99#, blue band for assisted ring dips: 9:00
9:56 (using 155# for deadlifts, tiny band for dips)
Must make up Diane soon…
A little competition over at CFATL today:
AMRAP in 10 minutes
8 power snatch, 75 lbs
3 muscle-ups
5 rounds + 8 snatches & 2 muscle-ups
Good job! Was this a good surprise or a not-so-good surprise??
I wasn’t sure how I was going to do…snatches and muscle-ups aren’t my best exercises. It went pretty well, though. I powered through the snatches, but had to spend a lot of time resting between muscle-ups. It’s good to work on weaknesses, and to try and get more comfortable working out with an audience, even if it’s difficult
deadlift 121#
got 7 or 8 unassisted ring dips and then had to use tiny band
13:04
DL: 147#
ring-dips (unassisted)
11:01
Still need to work on keeping back tight on DLs
110 lbs deadlift/decline pu -8:15
121# DL,blue band ring dips
10:21
Deadlift @ 103 lbs (went lighter to improve form)
Ring dips — no band!
Thanks, Laura, for the deadlift form tip — that made all the difference!
