    I can come in and DL 10,125 pounds and also do some scaled HSPU’s?
    ..and I don’t have to run?

    A little competition over at CFATL today:
    AMRAP in 10 minutes
    8 power snatch, 75 lbs
    3 muscle-ups

    5 rounds + 8 snatches & 2 muscle-ups

    • Good job! Was this a good surprise or a not-so-good surprise??

      • I wasn’t sure how I was going to do…snatches and muscle-ups aren’t my best exercises. It went pretty well, though. I powered through the snatches, but had to spend a lot of time resting between muscle-ups. It’s good to work on weaknesses, and to try and get more comfortable working out with an audience, even if it’s difficult :)
